This 1/4 of our space would be our home for the next few months. We tested recipes here and decided on our favorite yeasts, malts and hops. We also met some of the folks who would become investors in the brewery and got to know the neighborhood a bit. We were still sharing the space with a journeyman mechanic named Muhammed who has since moved on to Chicago. It was a fun if painfully slow and sometimes frustrating time.
