Barback Application

Job description:

Seventh Son Brewing Co. is hiring barbacks to support our bar teams across all three of our unique locations:

• Seventh Son Brewing – Italian Village

• Antiques on High – Brewery District

• Getaway Brewing – Historic Downtown Dublin

As a barback, your primary role is to assist bartenders in maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-stocked bar environment. Core responsibilities include:

• Refilling batched cocktails

• Changing kegs

• Stocking garnishes, ice, and bar supplies

• Retrieving and washing glassware

• Assisting with opening and closing duties

• Maintaining a clean and organized space

Additional tasks may include sanitizing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning and restocking restrooms to help ensure a welcoming and clean space for both staff and guests.

We encourage all team members to greet guests warmly, offer menus, and serve as friendly, approachable resources for anyone interested in learning more about our spaces and beer offerings.

Evening and weekend availability is required, with Friday and Saturday availability preferred.

We typically hire for specific locations but are accepting applications across all locations and will follow up to discuss the best fit during the interview process.
