Barback

The Barback keeps the bar running behind the scenes at one of our locations, stocking, cleaning, and supporting the bartenders so service stays fast and smooth, especially during busy nights.

Responsibilities:

• Stock beer, liquor, glassware, and bar supplies throughout shifts

• Keep the bar area, taps, and equipment clean and organized

• Change kegs and manage draft line maintenance as needed

• Assist bartenders with prep and guest service during peak times

• Manage trash, recycling, and general bar upkeep

• Communicate inventory needs to management

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn is key

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Reliable, team-first attitude

• Weekend and evening availability required

• Must meet Ohio's minimum age requirements for the role
