Bartender

About the role: As a Weekend Bartender at Seventh Son Brewing Co. in Italian Village, you’ll be the face of our taproom during our busiest shifts. You’ll pour beer, mix drinks, and make every guest feel welcome. With a rotating lineup of food trucks on site, you’ll also help guests find their next favorite pairing.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care

• Educate guests on our beer lineup and rotating taps

• Keep the bar clean, organized, and well stocked, especially during high-volume weekend service

• Process orders and payments accurately

• Coordinate with kitchen staff on food orders and timing

• Follow all responsible alcohol service and safety guidelines

• Support a positive, team-first atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Weekend evening availability required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

• Prior bartending or serving experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person

• Passion for craft beer a plus

• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm and organized during busy shifts

• Must meet Ohio’s minimum age requirements for alcohol service
