The Seventh Son Brewing Group is seeking experienced, welcoming Bartenders to join our team across our three Columbus-area locations: Seventh Son Brewing (Italian Village), Getaway Brewing (Historic Downtown Dublin), and Antiques on High (German Village). Each venue offers a distinct atmosphere, but all share a commitment to thoughtful hospitality, high-quality beverages, and a strong guest experience.

In addition to traditional bartending duties, our bartenders often support food service by taking orders, coordinating with kitchen staff or food partners, and delivering food to guests alongside drinks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and enjoys working collaboratively across a dynamic hospitality group.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and an interest in craft beer and cocktails (or a willingness to learn). As a Bartender, you’ll serve beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages, engage warmly with guests, and help ensure smooth service both at the bar and on the floor.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences

  • Take food orders, coordinate with kitchen staff or food partners, and deliver food to guests

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar environment

  • Process transactions accurately using Toast POS, including cash handling

  • Engage with guests in a friendly, knowledgeable manner and provide beverage recommendations

  • Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with Ohio laws

  • Manage time effectively during high-volume shifts

  • Collaborate with barbacks, managers, and teammates to create a seamless guest experience

  • Be flexible and willing to work across multiple locations when needed

Requirements

  • Prior bartending experience preferred

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions

  • Interest in craft beer, cocktails, and hospitality-driven service

  • Familiarity with food safety standards preferred

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform well in a fast-paced environment

  • Evening and weekend availability strongly preferred

  • Must be 21+ to apply
