Thank you for considering Seventh Son for your upcoming event, our delicious beers and beautiful space perfectly compliment a wide range of casual gatherings.

Our back room can accommodate up to 50 seated/80 standing and is available during business hours. We occasionally host events outside of normal business hours, inquire further for availability and rates. Our rental fees are as follows:

Payment

We require a deposit of half the rental fee to confirm your reservation. The remainder of your rental fee is due at the time of your event. Deposits will be forfeited if a cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled event. All fees can be paid with either cash, card or check. There is a minimum rental time of 2 hours and guests are permitted 30 minutes before and after their reserved rental time for set up/clean up.

Drinks

All alcohol must be purchased and poured at the bar. Seventh Son does not provide a private bar or bar staff for events. We do not require a drink minimum. You can start a group tab for your guests or have them be responsible for their own drinks. We often utilize a drink ticket or wristband system for hosts who wish to provide drinks for their guests. Although craft beer is our focus, Seventh Son does have a full bar including liquor, cocktails, wine and non-alcoholic options.

Food

Outside food is permitted, however we strongly suggest working with one of our great, regularly scheduled food trucks. We can provide contact info upon request. Seventh Son does not have a catering kitchen, prep space or catering staff. If you are bringing in outside catering we encourage them to contact us and/or visit our space so they can plan accordingly. Guests are responsible for set up, clean up, plates, utensils, etc.

Parking, Music, etc.

Ample parking for your guests is available in our front parking lot and south of us in the Fox in the Snow lot (after 5pm only). Guests are not permitted to bring their own Music/ DJ/Karaoke. Decorating the space for your event is allowed and encouraged, however, tape on our walls and glitter/confetti are not permitted.

Seventh Son is a production brewery and we have brewing apparatus located in the back room. We are constantly evolving our space and slight changes in our layout will occur over time. We will inform you if any changes occur that could effect capacity or interfere with your event.

Rentals do not include gratuity for our bar staff. Please don’t forget to tip!

*Because of the high volume of inquiries we receive, all communication for rental inquiries is handled through email and takes 3-5 business days. Questions concerning rentals cannot be answered by our bar staff in person or over the phone. 

***We are currently renting our upstairs bar on Sundays and Mondays only. Although, booking for other days of the week will be available in January and February 2020.
