Our two breweries have made a version of our collaboration beer. Homestead Beer Co.'s version "Gatekeeper" and our version “Keymaster”. This beer is an exploration in yeast. We’ve built a SMASH featuring Ashbourne Mild grain, Willamette hops and a yeast from the Private Collection of Wyeast. Our yeast will produce a delightfully balanced ale with awesome fruity esters and let the hops shine through. 5.4 ABV, 20 IBU
