A new sour blended ale made from concord grapes grown right here in Central Ohio. Sour red and blond ales, aged 11-18 months in barrels blended with the concord grapes and refermented. The mellower acidy helps bring a jammy quality from the grapes. Its delicious, reminiscent of a natural wine, more so than a sour.
